Joseph is a seasoned IT professional with hands-on expertise spanning website development, systems integration, database management, and a broad range of enterprise technology solutions. He is the engine behind Syntro's technical execution the person who takes strategy and turns it into working, reliable systems. As Chief Operating Officer, Joseph oversees the development and delivery of all Syntro technology projects. He manages the technical team, sets development standards, and ensures that every solution is built to specification, on time, and to the highest quality standard. His approach to software engineering is disciplined, detail-oriented, and always focused on long-term maintainability. Joseph shares Zoe's conviction that technology built in Africa, for Africa, can compete with and exceed any global benchmark and he brings that belief to every line of code he writes and every project he leads.
