Zoe is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Master's degree in Business Analytics. Her career spans facilitation, business analysis, data systems, and digital skills training, and she has delivered programmes in partnership with leading organisations across Ghana and beyond. Affiliated with the Northern AI Lab in Tamale, Zoe has worked with the PMI Tamale Chapter, HOPin Academy, and Mastercard Foundation-supported initiatives. She brings a rare combination of technical depth — including expertise in Python, machine learning, and Power BI — and the human-centred approach needed to ensure that technology creates genuine value for the people who use it. Zoe founded Syntro Technologies with a clear and personal mission: to ensure that the AI revolution reaches every corner of Africa, starting with the north. She leads the company's strategy, client relationships, and programme design.
